Problem reports will be dealt with the same day during normal working hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturday.

Urgent issues such as major water leaks, loss of electricity or gas or heating system breakdowns will be responded to as soon as possible at all times.
